My hemmy hurts after apple cider vinegar use. I feel it definitely got smaller. Def mix water with it to dilute the potency of the vinegar. It does work somewhat

Hi Earth Clinic, I am Chheanglay from Phnom Penh (Cambodia). I am writing to seek your advice in term of Hemorrhoids. I have had this Hemorrhoids for around 7 to 8 years already and it never makes me difficult when sitting but a bit hard in the toilet. So currently, I tried to test or cure it with Korean Apple Vinegar bought from a supper market, currently I have applied it three times already by putting the cotton with Apple Vinegar putting into the anus (internal Hemorrhoids) and it's painful and now the left side of my anal is swelling, so my question is that should I continue to use it or not? anyway, I am afraid it will causes serious effect. Anyway, I haven't gone and see the doctor yet cos. I want to try in a traditional way. So to treat it to original status (to cure it), could you help advise on this? Thank you in advance for your help support!! Chheanglay

If it worsens, I recommend to dilute it with water, try an organic brand or stop using it all together. Try a virgin/organic coconut oil. Coconut oil worked for me. It worked instantly. Soak a cotton ball or q tip and use at night preferably. I'm out of the oil and need more so I'm looking for alternatives.

Applied some raw apple cider vinegar on hemorrhoid during few days. Not a good idea. It caused some tissue damage (pain) which lasted couple of weeks at least. If must try, dilute it as hinted in the article, might be safer.

I have read all the comments on the treatment of hemorrhoids using apple cider vinegar. I was very excited because Hemorrhoids were causing severe pain progressively. i have tried apple cider vinegar undiluted using a cotton ball. The pain of the sting was excrutiating but I thought I have to tolerate if I have to get any results.... but the result I got was that the ACV burnt my skin and caused it to get infected.

Now I have an abscess and pus and need urgent medical intervention. ( not happy at all). PLEASE PLEASE don't use ACV undiluted on your skin.... VERY IMPORTANT.

You should use organic acv, another thing, put some baking soda in it for the acid, I'm trying it today and will report.

Found an external grape size H several months ago and healed it by taking warm baths and improving diet. Was still experiencing soreness when sitting for long periods and suspected that the cause was internal H. Read about the use of ACV and decided to try it. Used a cotton swab to apply ACV with immediate results! Thanks for sharing.

Got hemorroids when I was Pregnant 17 years ago. Had the normal flare up once or twice a year from constipation. They always went away by themselves in a few days. Now at the age of 40 I got one at the end of Sept. Was a little stubborn but got Preparation H. It was gone in 7 days. Few days later got a bad case of diarrhea and it came back with a vengeance. Nothing at all was working to shrink it. I tried everything. Was finally going to call the Dr.

Started reading about Apple Cider Vinegar Treatment and though what the hell going to try it. WOW, it worked after just one day of treatment it shrunk by half. 2 days of treatment I finally have my pucker back with just a bb size bump. This thing was the size of a grape when I started.

I used ACV 3 times a day for 15 min. Soaked in a cotton ball and shoved it up you know where. This being day 3 of treatment I am not going to use ACV now because my bummy is a little sore but the hemmie seems to be mostly shrunk back to normal. Going to use Desetin to relieve the sting.

I concur. I too, age 40 and it seem to have gotten worse. But I used acv for the first time. It had a stinging sensation that subsided after a few minutes. I continued twice a day for three days. (warning!!! it worked!!! ) On the third day it burst!! I saw a few blood clots and bright red blood. No more pain. Beeding lasted for some days. Because of bleeding I went to Dr. But the Dr. said it was normal and seemed healthy - bright red and not dark, maroon, or black blood is no good. sooooo.....Thanks apple cider vinegar....it worked for me!!!

Wow. I've had internal hemorrhoids for many years but they did not bother me very often. As a vegetarian, I get a lot of fiber so am usually not constipated. Regardless I had a hard stool and then had a huge external hemorrhoid. The nurse said to get some Anusol but didn't write a prescription so I started looking online and found this great site. ACV sounds implausible. How could it work?? But I put a little on a cotton ball, wedged it between the cheeks and went to sleep. When I woke up, it had reduduced it's size by half. So I really soaked the cotton and reapplied it. The ACV soaked in quickly and when I checked it an hour later, it was almost gone!!!! I had only had it for a couple of days but my colonoscopy showed many hemorrhoids. It is a miracle! Felt tingly. But my hemorrhoid did not cause me any pain. It just felt odd. Do try this. I am thinking about using a small amount in an enema to see if it would get rid of the internal ones. I'm amazed and pleaded not to have to use steroids.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Thank you all good people that shared this amazing information regarding ACV.

I have been having problems with hemorrhoids for past 3-4 years. After trying all prescribed medication, I thought that I will just have to learn to live with them until I die, and at certain point do the surgeries.

How was I wrong!!! Two days ago my hemmies got inflamed and started giving me excruciating pain. Yesterday at work I was literally crying from pain. I was actually googling for info regarding where I can do the surgery immediately, when I stumbled upon this site ' earthclinic' . Oh I am so glad I did ... After reading almost everything regarding my best buddy hemmie in here I decided to try ACV, thinking I really have nothing to loose.

I applied undiluted ACV to cottonball and externally onto my buddy hemmie. I did expect a little discomfort and stinging, but it passed in 20 seconds. I left it for 10 minutes on the spot.

I did this straight coming from work, and repeated later before sleep.

This morning my buddy hemmie was half of its size (warning gross: hemmie is not one but couple of roids making one huge pile of smth that irritates and hurts me).

The pain was gone 5 minutes after applying it first time. Itchiness is still present in the internal ones, but external is subsiding in all ways.

This morning I sat finally after 3-4 years like a human being, not being scared of pain that might appear.

Please, please whom ever is having problems with hemorrhoids, please try this, it sounded ridiculous to me too.

I will update how the progress is going.

Note:

I've been having serious multiple hemorrhoid, both internal and external problem.

This is the cure!!!

Is the Apple Cider Vinegar diluted to 5% good enough?

EC: Yes. The Apple Cider Vinegar you buy is usually already diluted to 5%, and that is what people are using. It is still quite strong at 5% and many dilute it more for topical use.

Been having a hard case of diarrhea and my hemorrhoids got so painful and bleed, it was unbearable, so I came here looking for a relief and saw all of the posts about ACV applied topically. Sure enough I've applied it over a wet pad and rubbed it on my hemorrhoid, there was no pain at first and I actually thought that I'm on the right way. Boy how I was wrong, it started hurting so much from the inside that I couldn't sleep at night and now day and a half after still in pain. Be careful and test before using it. I think it opened and hurt all the tissues surrounding.

Have had piles on and off for 30 years. Tried Apple Cider Vinegar on cotton wool. Works wonders! Tried this before checking what the internet had to say about it. ACV also removes moles on the skin. Apply undiluted on cotton, fix.a sticking plaster over it. Repeat twice a day for five days. The mole will drop off.... I've tried it and it works.

I've dealt with hemorrhoids on and off since the birth of my first child 3 years ago, but after having my second, it's been hard to get them to go away! I've tried creams, cold packs, sitz baths, crushed garlic (OUCH! ) tucks pads, coconut oil.. Needless to say it would help them go away in about a week or so but they would never be fully gone.. I do take miralax every night because I am recovering from an anal fissure caused by me itching my hemorrhoids but I think it's healing if not healed since I finally tried using ACV after reading all 85 YEAS on here over and over to convince myself!

I did what everyone else does..put it on a cotton ball (not diluted) and WOW!!! It didn't really sting, left it on there for about 30 min or so and I couldn't feel any pain down there anymore! My BM this morning was painless!! I'm going to use it again today. I am so happy!! I came home from work the other day because of the pain. Ugh I was desperate to try this and I'm soo happy it worked.

Am simply amazed to the point where I do not know where to start pointing this out, am a 26 year lady and I have been suffering for hemorrhoids as long as I cant remember, this might have result to staying too long during bowel movement and on/off constipation. But recently, I have been experiencing crucial sharp pain and discomfort while sleeping, walking and sitting down. So I went to hosp and Dr mentioned surgery as the only way to solve it, since I have never done surgery before I started searching in internet and come across this site. You guys are simply amazing, thank you for all for the post, I have been using ACV and am on day two and am simply amazed by the result.

I've suffered from hemms for several years, presumably caused by my IBS and straining too much (due to the constant feeling that I needed to "go").

At my wits end, I found this site after reading about using plaintain as a poutlice (didn't seem to do much, if I'm honest, but I may try again) and decided that after all the positive reports of ACV on piles, I'd give it a try.

I applied a cotton pad soaked in ACV for 10 minutes yesterday and 10 today and the hemms have actually got worse as a result. They're much larger and a look more inflamed.

Perhaps I need to dilute the solution, or it could just be that ACV doesn't work for me. My advice: try a diluted solution on a small area first :(

To be honest, Israel, having read the side effects, I suspect it would make my IBS worse, which in turn would make my hems worse!

I'm trying a diluted amount of ACV applied directly with a cotton pad for 10 minutes. Going to do this several times a day and see if there's any reduction. I really, really hope so. It would be beyond wonderful to get rid of these things after suffering for so long.

ACV doesn't seem to be doing anything at all, other than making them more tender. I've been applying to one hem to see if there was any improvement. Nothing after four days at all. Perhaps mine have just been there for too long.

Going to pick up some Vick's and see if that helps at all. I'm lucky in that I don't experience much pain, but I would desperately like to get rid of the extra mini scrotums that have formed!

Hello all, I have been suffering from hemorrhoids from almost 2-3 weeks. I completely freaked out in the beginning but then came across this site and got relieved. I started applying ACV and then the swelling is gone but yet after two weeks I still have hemorrhoids and they're not completely gone. I am just worrying if ACV works just to treat the swelling or does it completely help in disappearing the hemorrhoids. I am again tensed if this will cause something serious in future. Please help me get out of this. Sorry for the description but I feel there is just one hemorrhoid and is very small.
