HI U SAM, , , , , , , as you know NAC is a precercussor to Gluthione, and that's the big daddy of all anti-oxidants. It is a sulfur compound and it is a shame that no one eats the sulfur plants like kale, collards , and most of the crucifers. They don't taste good. No sheet Sherlock, but they will keep you healthy. We grow and eat them all. Hard to beat corn bread and turnip greens, which we had for supper last night. Like I keep telling all, these pore folk veggies are pretty good . My ole sharecropping Mississippi Granddaddy lived to be 88. I can only wish.
