sap from the common weed Petty Spurge looks to be quite effective for many non melanoma skin cancers... see here

it is not recommended as a home remedy because.. "Exposure of the sap to mucous producing surfaces, such as the eyes, results in extreme inflammation and can lead to hospitalisation."
