Received an email from afriend concerning my estrogen positive breast cancer was told to take lysine, threonine and n-acetyl cysteine which I have ordered and just received will start tomorrow. My question is on sugar. I have cut out and seriously read labels I no longer use it but use Stevia instead is this okay? Also was advised not to eat any carbs... Find this very difficult can you suggest a specific diet I should follow. Are we talking simple carbs which are easy to stay away from are complex carbs okay? Thank you for your quick response. M.

Hi guys, my aunt had cancer of the throat and it swelled so much. I asked her to eat purely fruits and leafly vegetables (no veg with carbohydrates and protein) for 4 months and now she is cured. Cancers thrive on protein and by not giving the body the nutrients required for cancer to thrive, we eliminate them from the body. I feel Chemotherapy and operations are last measures to be taken. It worked for my aunt and may help those in need too.

if you do not eat the right food you may die by the time you are seventy years old. the right food is raw vegetables and raw fruit. if you cook food all the vitamins and digestive enzymes will be destroyed.75% should be raw food.if you want to cook the other 25% steam it.buy yourself a steamer. i do not eat meat, eggs, processed food or milk.to get protein use whey, soy and hemp i steam my vegetables just a little bit so they are still crunchy and i do not cook fruit. i take vitamins a, b, c , d,e fish oil folic acid, calcium and magnesium and A LOT OF OTHER HEALTHY THINGS LIKE calcium and magnesium and herbs. i 74 years old am a cancer surviver. i can tell people so much about health.i been trying to tell people for years how to retard their age. i invite emails.

FOOD SUITABLE FOR CANCER PATIENTS :

The Very Best Foods ( Juiced or raw vegetables would provide the best nutrient value.)
Vegetables: Avocado, beets, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chicory, chives, collard greens, cucumbers, dandelion, endive, fennel, garlic, kale, leeks, lettuce, sea lettuce, mustard greens, nettles, okra, onions, parsley, parsnips, radishes, spinach, squash, tomatoes, turnips, and watercress.

Fruits: Apples, apricots, avocado, bananas, berries, cantaloupe, cherries, cranberries, currants, dates, figs, grapefruit, grapes (seeded), lemons, limes, mangos, melons, nectarines, olives, oranges, papayas, peaches, pears, persimmons, pineapples, plums, pomegranate, and quinces.

Seeds and Nuts: Almonds, beechnuts, black walnuts, butternuts, coconuts, english walnuts, filberts, pecans, pignolias (pine nuts), and pumpkin seeds. It is BEST to take nothing into the body that has been cooked or processed:

Avoid sugar, beer, sodas, ice cream, fried foods, table salt ( sea salt - okay ). The diet should focus on fruit ( fresh pineapples ), vegetables and high pH spring or mineral water. Drink plenty of room temperature spring or mineral water.

To be safe, we recommend less fruit, more vegetables, and no refined sugars in the diet of cancer patients. To restore health, the diet should consist of 80% alkaline forming foods and 20% acid forming foods. A list of Acid / Alkaline Forming Foods.

NOTE: organic pineapple and papaya contain a pancreatic enzyme that helps breaks down the protein wall around a cancer cell.
